What needs to be validated

Validate fault code F4388 (warning) , F4389 (Major) and F4390 (critical) as direct indicators of APIC inode exhaustion risk before upgrade.

Why it needs to be validated

This must be validated pre-upgrade because inode exhaustion on APIC can block upgrade workflows. If not validated, the issue can recur during or after upgrade
