Code climate is EOLed and unhelpfully makes tests fail

When running tests now, the code climate test fails and points to https://docs.qlty.sh/migration/guide, a new tool that replaces Code climate. I briefly checked their pricing, and the free plan only includes 500 analysis minutes / month, which I suspect could be a bottle neck. Whether or not we migrate, I think we should disable the test to not pollute test runs.

I think the integration needs to be disabled in the repository settings (which I don't have access to). Other than that, we can remove the .codeclimate.yml file.
