Remove redundant fields from /log payload

With #6, the entire native protocol frame is included in /log output. As part of that ticket, I left some existing now redundant fields in /log to not break existing users. We should remove these fields in the next release as they are now all present in the frame field:

• type
• query
• consistency_level
• serial_consistency_level
• client_timestamp

As part of this effort we will also need to refactor ActivityLogIntegrationTest as it depends on these fields currently.
