Regard paging state / fetch size

Simulacron doesn't currently look at the fetch size or paging state coming from the request. It should be reasonable to handle it and might be a nice feature to support.

I was wondering if there is any way to test pagination of results as is in current version? Specially with the Async api, pagination would be nice to test.

Unfortunately no, Simulacron currently sends all the results in one single page.
