Stop Logging if Fetch Stops #53
Description
Some logging, eg. "xxx.....", continues after Fetch stops acquiring meaning it becomes hard to scroll and find the cause of the error. Logging should stop if Fetch stops. (TiffGroupoStreamWriteTask)
