Which software could open DNAWorks correctly?

I tried to compile DNAWorks with Codeblocks using Fortran compiler, but it cannot read DNAWORKS.inp. Could you tell about this file in detail. Is it just a sequence of nucleotides or aminoacids? Could you also recommend the best software for Windows to compile DNAWorks?

I don't know. I have only compiled the program on UNIX systems.
