Download from url instead of custom field.

The shortcode currently uses the contents of the 'gpx' custom field. Change this to use a URL to the GPX file.

Use php file_get_contents to write it into the current div or can we grab the contents directly using javascript in the getWriteData function?

Javascript will have cross-domain issues but I don't think this is really a problem as files will probably be stored on the same server.

We could also keep the current functionality: use the custom field unless a 'src' parameter is supplied to the shortcode.
