Large binary files are password protected

Hi David,

Thanks for this tutorial - I'm part of a group that's working through it right now - it looks like the large binary files linked in the README are missing because the FTP server requires credentials - are there credentials we can use, or is there another public location that can host those files? Thanks!

I meant to mention that I can probavbly provide hosting space for it if needed too (via Box), if that's in any way helpful. Thanks again for the tutorials!
