On USA keyboard, the Keymap button is not accessible

Originally ReTuner was developed on UK keyboard MacBook.

Now a US keyboard MacBook is being used, this issue has been spotted.

Although the button isn't available via keyboard, it is still available via clicking. Is this such a bad thing?
