Deal with local stash re bump/hill functions

Currently have a git stash of some alternative waveform setup - pulse, spike, hill functions, etc.

Bring this into the main line, perhaps as an alternative waveform generator component?

Each hill function makes a periodic waveform that is zero most of the time, but has a smooth hill to 1 and back, using various functions. Some improvements:

• Add extra channels
• Allow each channel to have shape, width, amplitude, phase controllable
• Investigate the ranges of waveform possible with 2 or 3 of these channels

Do a Picklist for the waveshaper function. (Can WaveShaper curve be updated while playing?)
