Lots of Karma

Previously the Karmabot allowed lots of karma, so k: @user +++ would give 2 karma points. This doesn't currently work in KarmaSlack.

Do we want to allow this? Can anyone do something that amazing to justify 10 karma points in one hit?

Good point.

I like to do @x +++ if they have done something particularly good. Could always throw around ideas like it gives you negative karma if you use it or can't do unlimited karma/unlimited uses of it.
