Handling Incorrect or Unknown Queries

Improvement: Implement a fallback mechanism to suggest possible questions or redirect users.

Hi @RicardoUsbeck,
I noticed that this issue overlaps with a fallback mechanism I recently implemented in PR #66,
where the chatbot now handles unknown or unavailable knowledge states more gracefully
(including empty responses and backend unavailability).

Happy to adjust or extend that approach here if needed,
or help review/improve the existing implementation.
