Add a section of other events?

Might be nice to be able to point people to infrequent events/meetups that are security focused (the Hackspace wiki has a list of Other Events, but that's fairly general).

Risks becoming a dumping ground, so would need curation. Things like Defcon itself, B-Sides and CCC would be uncontroversial, but these aren't free events, and even drinkups (like IOActive's) have a commercial motive.

Would go on a separate .ics.

Once we start this we need to maintain it. Also we have to be careful that anything listed is for information not an endorsement. (Unless it is an endorsement? maybe EMFcamp, other local UK DefCon groups.)
