The application does not see UV

I've tested it, if you install UV via pip, mcp-dockmaster doesn't see it. Reinstalling doesn't help.
But if you install it via a powershell -ExecutionPolicy ByPass -c "irm https://astral.sh/uv/install.ps1 | iex" mcp-dockmaster sees UV.

This also occurs on macOS. I have tried my normal installation (mise), brew, and direct installation into ~/.local/bin.

I am also running into this issue. Windows 11. App version 0.2.0.

1. Installed uv through the recommended powersheel command:
   powershell -ExecutionPolicy ByPass -c "irm https://astral.sh/uv/install.ps1 | iex"

2. Refreshed -> still issue

3. Restarted MCP Dockmaster -> still issue

4. Restarted computer -> still issue
