OpenAPI v3.1.0 #12
Description
Hello there! I'm making isues for all of the tools we've got listed on www.openapi.tools to see what folks are planning to do about OpenAPI v3.1.0 support. It's got some cool new functionality, like the OpenAPI Schema objects being entirely compatible with JSON Schema now!

P.S I spotted the note about Stoplight Studio being slow for manually making OpenAPI for 10 endpoints, and OMG I know, I wouldn't use it for that and I helped make it! I've been pointing out how folks can play catch up with OpenAPI for when they've built their API before they've had a chance to plan and design it with OpenAPI, using a similar approach to what you are suggesting here. Still, this is all open-source and opens up some other interesdting workflows, so it would be amazing to see it updated to OAS3.1. Thanks!
