Refactor Thwaites Function Class

The Thwaites function classes need to be refactored to provide each of the calculations as methods instead of creating functions in the init. Also the naming convention should be consistent with the IBL documentation that is being created.

This will probably result in a refactoring of the base class/interface as well.
