Add Moran Initial Condition

Add initialization based on Moran's stagnation point flow analysis. The XFoil comparisons in the examples directory have an implementation of this analysis for momentum thickness and displacement shape factor.

Need kinetic energy shape factor approximation that is consistent with this analysis.
