Multiple definitions failure

After ./configure, need to add -z muldefs to LDFLAGS in src/Makefile to stop errors due to multiple definitions of Mopts etc.

Thanks for information i just fight how to compile on Debian 11 and after add this to LDFLAGS working properly!
