More Trackable Values for Overlay Config and More Bars #138

When using this module, I'd like to be able to track more than HP+4 values. It would be great if it could also have additional bars being tracked as well.
The best fix for this would be to allow the end user to add an additional tracked value themselves, that way we can have as many or as few as we want. For my use-case, I'd need a few more because I'd like to track AC/Fort/Ref/Will/Speed and also potentially Passive Perception/Insight. So, I'd need 5-7. I also would Like to be able to create additional Bars that could be tracked for things like Temp HP, Hit Dice/Healing Surges, Shield HP, etc.
Currently to emulate this effect, I am using Monk's Token Bar, which support everything I am wanting it to do, except for tracking initiative in a really cool way, and also Temp HP.
