Hype Tracks pause instead of stopping during combat in pf2e #172

Describe the bug
Hype themes dont start from the beginning, nor do they stop the themes when combat ends. They simply pause, so during combat, when it gets around to the player again, it just plays where it last paused rather than having stopped it. Obviously that also clogs up the whole list with a giant list of tracks that are just paused and not stopped

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start combat with players that have hype tracks enabled
  2. Continue through combat turns
  3. See error in playlist

Expected behavior
Expected behavior is that tracks are stopped and not paused. That would fix the whole issue.
