Make the module-created Combat Track playlist the default and add a settings menu option to change it

Currently, the way to change the default combat playlist is unintuitive, you need to right click the combat tracker and then click the music note icon on the top bar. You need to do this even with the combat tracks playlist the module makes, since it doesnt change this setting for some reason.

Make it so the setting to change default combat track is inside the module settings.

Alternatively, make the combat track playlist the module makes be the default combat playlist so you dont have to do the whole finding the place where the setting actually is.

I literally couldn't figure out why my track wasn't playing and was going to report a bug. If it wasn't for this feature request I'd never know how to do it!
