[Bug]: Workflow creation not working before MCP-Studio setup

Describe the bug

Ao tentar criar um workflow no seguinte fluxo: Workflows no menu lateral -> Install MCP Studio -> Workflows na aba superior, é exibido o erro "Undefined is not an object (evaluating 'response.result'). Mesmo clicando em Try Again, nada acontece. Ao recarregar a página, é exibido o erro "Something went Wrong! Tool DATABASES_RUN_SQL returned an error: [{"type":"text", "text":"Error: relation "workflow_collection" does not exist"}].

O erro só é corrigido ao ir em Connections -> MCP Studio -> Preencher Database, Event Bus, Connection, Model Provider, Agent e Language model, então, a página de workflows carrega normalmente.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Clicar em Workflows no menu lateral
2. Clicar em Install MCP Studio (ou se já estiver instalado e não estiver com os outros parâmetros configurados)
3. Clicar em Workflows na aba superior
4. Primeiro erro é exibido
5. Recarregar a página
6. Segundo erro é exibido

Expected behavior

As configurações de Connections -> MCP Studio -> Preencher Database, Event Bus, Connection, Model Provider, Agent e Language model já virem setadas com valores default.
