Add two buttons on the ZH page

Considering that most Chinese native speakers cannot access Youtube and Twitter, can we add a button link to a bilibili video site and a button link to Weibo on the ZH page? This may help some new guys.

Perhaps we should delete the Youku link. Recently, Youku added some strange censorship mechanisms that led to the disappearance of a video. It cannot be ruled out that similar situations will occur in the future.
