The user has reported the funds from the 3rd missing transaction are not showing up in their wallet. User is using the web wallet.

"ok looks like the resync fixed the issue on insight, can you verify with the user that they see their proper balance on webwallet?
we're still trying to figure out how this occurs and the best way to fix, but it's a pretty slippery bug just seems like it skips the confirmation steps for random txs
then they get put in perpetual unconfirmed status even though they are definitely confirmed"

"here's a clue, perhaps u may relay to the devs... My problematic Tx: it of course started off in the block explorer as Unconfirmed, as it should. And then I remember distinctly seeing it move from there into the total balance -- again, as it should, when confirmations started coming in. BUT, soon after that (I can't remember how long), I distinctly remember it bouncing back out again from the total balance, returning to the "Unconfirmed Tx Balances" subheading, where it remained perpetually, until today when the back-end servers were fixed."
