screens: dcrd connection status misleading for bad connection. #174
Description
Turn on dcrd when it isn't connected. Says off but switch is on.
Error says there was a problem.
But accounts screen shows green although not connected.
Also, I am not sure how to discern whether I am using dcrdata or dcrd from the ui or logs. If both are green, which is it?
