Migrate kicad from Homebrew cask to Nix package.
Blocking reason: Package broken on darwin
Possible solutions:
- Fix kicad build for darwin in nixpkgs
- Wait for upstream fix
- Investigate if specific version works on darwin
- Use nix-darwin homebrew module (current workaround)
