When NTP 1 server is not reachable or invalid Time Sync not happening with Proper NTP 2 server

Steps done

1. Set wrong date and time in R470 iDRAC via redfishtool
2. Set wrong ip for NTP 1 server
3. Set correct ip for NTP 2 server

Observation
Time sync with NTP 2 server didnot happen

I just tried to repro this issue on iDRAC10 1.20.80.50 and unable to repro. I used "0.north-america.pool.ntp.org" (valid) for NTP server 2 settings and 12.12.12.12 (invalid) for NTP server 1.

Can you try a different NTP server and see if you can repro the issue. If you still see the issue with another NTP server then please submit a ticket to Dell tech support so they can help debug the issue.
