Use Bun native S3 bindings

I figured I'd create a ticket here, given this is such a new feature within Bun itself.

I do think it would make sense somehow porting into here, so that when Bun is installed, no other dependencies would be required anymore for S3 compatible storage systems.

At Stacks, Bun is our runtime, so whenever we can shave off some deps or seek out some performance improvements, I am all for it haha

Still a little unsure about the implementation, though, but might as well get a discussion going 👍🏽

I think it could be useful to create a bun-local-fs and bun-aws-s3 adapter.
