Issues with links in the site

After reviewing the C# coding guidelines to give myself a refresher I stumbled upon a couple of issues with links that I thought are worth mentioning in order for them to be maintained:

• Introduction page
  • 1.4 How do you get started?
    • Project Checklist link is broken (produces blank page)
    • Peer Review link is broken (produces blank page)
• Maintainability (AV1500) page
  • Only use var when the type is evident (AV1520)
    • evident link points to docs to an older version of Rider, should be updated
• Links & Articles page
  • review link under the Code Complete link is broken (produces blank page)

These are just some small problems I was able to find when perusing through the site that I find noteworthy to bring to the attention of the maintainer of this repo.
