Is there anything I can do to contribute to datetime-rs? Looking to get my feet wet with Rust.

I'd like to push this into the standard library so that its I/O and synchronization API can take absolute time parameter.

@nodakai: be very careful. This library uses 100ns ticks and a different time calculation than timespec.

@Ygg01 Thanks for the heads up. I'll perhaps leave interops with POSIX API to other library. I'll have to face with Win32 compatibility issue, too.

After a comment from Stephen Colebourne, I'm considering rolling the ticks back to 1ns. This will give timespec compatibility.
