Get the title content from the node's title instead of node's data-title

We want to get the content from the title html attribute instead of from data-title. Whenever we do this for some trigger element, we need to remember to remove the title attribute before the browser tries showing its default tooltip, otherwise we'll show that and our tooltip. When the component is disposed the original titleattributes should be given back to affected triggers though.

This work has already been started on #5, but it's been a while since Thiago has been able to work on it, so I'm closing that pull request and opening this issue to allow anyone than wishes to grab and work on it.
