Tooltip is not aligned correctly when delay is removed

Steps to reproduce:

1. Change the tooltip demo to set delay to [0, 0].
2. Open the demo and hover over the buttons.

Expected result:
Tooltip shows without delay and correctly aligned.

Actual result:
Tooltip shows without delay but incorrectly aligned.

You can see it happening in the gif below:

This doesn't happen if a delay is set.
