plugin-extension: add support for hooking into file/folder copy/move functionality

support for hooking into folder/file copy/move functionality can enable plugin development for support of 3rd party copying/moving software (ranging from simple rsync to teracopy)

this will prevent specific features which can be considered as a bloat for the application (see #28).
