Deliverables - Administrator

As an administrator I want to see all deliverables concerning to the active batches

Acceptance criteria:

1. Before see deliverables I can select one program in order to see only its deliverables

2. If only one program is active, then the previous screen is skipped
3. Once a program is selected the deliverables screen is displayed:

4. All deliverables will be list in a timeline where the top is the older date.
5. When the screen is displayed the current date must be centered
6. A percentage must be displayed into the circle of each deliverable to see easily how many kids have delivered and how many haven't
7. Clicking on the circle I'll see the name of the kids indicating which ones already delivered and which ones not.
