[SUGGESTION] No need of LiveSplit Server since its merge to LiveSplit #3
Description
LiveSplit Server doesn't need to be installed anymore because it is simply merged to LiveSplit. User can press Start TCP Server on Control menu to start the LiveSplit TCP server without needing LiveSplit Server plugin.
