TOTP QR code doesn't work

I created a new TOTP token on desec.io. I was not able to scan the QR code with Authy (Pixel 7a) or Aegis (Pixel 7a, Samsung A41 and a LineageOS 23 Pixel). Neither worked. Ignoring the QR code and copying the secret into Aegis worked.

I successfully used the same Samsung A41+Aegis ~8 weeks ago to create a TOTP token with the QR code on desec.io.

It would be great if you could create a test account and reproduce the problem, then send a screenshot of the QR page to deSEC support so we can investigate. Thank you!
