Do not allow users to delete all OAuth providers #228
Description
Users are able to delete all of their providers, leaving their account inaccessible. This is less than desired and generates support issues.
If a user has only 1 login provider we should not allow them to remove the login, and prompt to user to add another provider before removing the last provider.
