Overlay Panels do not close with close button in IE7

Overlay Panels do not close with close button in IE7

not sure on their settings but this needs to be addressed somehow, maybe force close?

Hard to debug this as it only happens on their computers in IE7. I suspect its an internal setting that they have that blocks javascript but its hard to tell.
