Add support for additional OpenAI and open-source models

What would you like to be added?

Currently, the GitHub repository only supports the gpt-3.5-turbo model from OpenAI. It would be beneficial to add support for other OpenAI models as well as open-source models.

Why is this needed?

Expanding the range of supported models would provide users with more options and flexibility when working with the GitHub repository. It would allow for experimentation with different models and potentially improve the overall performance and capabilities of the system.
