Add Brew Core Deployment for the project

What would you like to be added?

Currently, the project is only distributed through Brew Taps. To make it more widely accessible, it would be beneficial to also distribute the project through Brew Core.

In addition, before the distribution through Brew Core, it is necessary to add tests as a subtask to ensure the quality of the distribution.

Why is this needed?

By adding Brew Core distribution for the project, it will be easier for users to install and use the project. This will increase the accessibility and reach of the project.

To deploy Brew Core, a repository must meet the condition of being Notable. Currently, we can only distribute via tap.
