Automatic captions not being fetched for age-restricted videos

Video HTyIGNXeFsY (funny example, I know) doesn't receive captions because, I suspect, it's age-restricted. Might there be a workaround that doesn't require OAuth?

Or maybe because there is just a song playing in the entire clip. I tried another video from this creator and even tested Cocomelon, and managed to get the subtitles successfully.

I thought that too, but it's not recognized by YouTube DMCA; it'd have the song/artist info in the description. I get the age restricted idea because I tried passing it through yt-dlp and get this error:

Given there's a caption button on this video and selecting it displays "English (auto-generated)", I reckon there are subtitles we can fetch, but opening the video in an incognito window doesn't allow the player (nor captions) to load:
