Questions About Using Status on GOWS

Hi,

I’ve been using the status feature on GOWS, and it works great with 10K contacts! It takes about a minute and a half to send each status update. I have a few questions:

Is there a way to delete status updates after they’ve been posted?
Can I retrieve existing status updates to track views or get analytics?
When I send a link, it doesn’t generate a link preview. Is there a way to enable this feature?
Additionally, what factors influence the speed of sending status updates? If I increase the RAM, will it improve the sending speed? Or is it more dependent on the CPU?

No yet, but we'll add it. Comment with 👍 so we can know how many people are interested in it and you get notification when it's ready!

Probably right now only way is to listen event.engine, filter it (it's many events..) and save the data you need. May be message.ack for view and message.reaction for "likes". Haven't checked it yet with status yet :)

It depends on CPU. Not number of CPU, but the CPU model itself - it executes everything in a single goroutine (if I remember it right).
Usually the first "send status" takes longer and the sequential status sending takes less (because it generates all keys and cache the data)
We'll work on increasing speed in the future, right now finishing all other features we don't have in GOWS 🤞
