TeamSiteFullWidth css no longer works

They changed something in the CSS? Now the CSS code no longer seems to work for making the team sites stretch full width.

Yes I am trying to make it work but it doesn't.

I take it there is no more work done on this? Too bad as it was something I wanted to look at using. But I have the same issue. It seems the CSS is grabbed by the page when run. No errors in VScode when running gulp serve just that no change happens on the page itself.
