`canonical_` name fields are confusing

One would expect the fields canonical_family and canonical_given to contain canonical author names. But this is not the case; the canonical names are in the fields family and given. The canonical_ fields contain the output of the author disambiguation script, and get a round of manual corrections before becoming the canonical names.

The names of these fields should be changed to something like disambig_.
