tabbar-forward and tabbar-forward should just cycle within the group

I think we allready have tabbar-backward-group and tabbar-backward-group to move between groups. tabbar-forward/backward should be not redundant; it also prevents accidenly moving to another tab group when we press too fast and fail to stop at the last tab of the current tab group.
