Byte compilation of tabbar.el

I was wondering, what was the rationale for not byte compiling tabbar.el?

I removed the "no-byte-compile: t" from it, byte compiled it, and it seems to be working properly, as of tabbar-20141109.143 (the latest version in MELPA).

@akanouras That comes from upstream (Aquamacs) so I don't know.
