daQ and other vocabularies are not really published in a LOD-conforming way

We have been discussing Neologism or some other advanced vocabulary publishing tools. But maybe also a poor man's approach with static files (maybe in our personal Uni Bonn webspace) will do for our vocabularies. In any case, the current approach, with the namespace URIs (e.g. http://purl.org/eis/vocab/daq#) linking to files in GitHub, has two serious limitations:

• these are HTTPS URLs (which some LOD clients don't like; test with http://validator.linkeddata.org)
• GitHub serves the files as text/plain, not as application/rdf+xml (background)
