Investigate usage of Web support for Flutter

Yesterday flutter moved web support to the stable version of Flutter.

Investigate what possibilities this gives us and what we need to do to run our app as a PWA.

- Look into what packages we are using and if they have web support
- Look into deploying our app on e.g. firebase to allow the design team to use it
- Possibly extending to also being a web app
