Spell support

The text editor needs a text spelling feature

Status:

• I created a spell check interface, which the highlighter can use.
• I created a mini-sonnet library - that builds a minimal library, for next step (using hunspell and macos).
• I implemented that interface with a sonnet backend.
• Code works on Linux - by loading system dictionaries. I will need to download dictionaries on runtime.
• Spell checks happens everywhere - I need to modify code to spell check in places where kate allows it (in code it should be comments, strings etc).

TODO:

• I think that the sonnet/hunspell code shoul be taken out of the library, and be a demo
• Add spell check regions.
• I see some dialogs in the library. Add them.
• Right click to choose words, or language.
• Download dictionaries.
• Test on Windows.
• Use hunspell from distro.
