Is it possible to control the LEDs of the blackpill?

For example I'd love to completely turn the red LEDs off. Or better yet, turn them on when I'm switching layers.

As far as I know, it is not possible to turn off the red power led, as this is not controlled by the microcontroller.
However, the blackpill has another LED which can be controlled, that is connected to pin C13. It should be possible to configure this LED with QMK, although not sure if it will be very visible due to its position.
